Practical information and advice to help you plan your visit to Puy du Fou®.
In 2018, the Grand Parc is open from 7 April to 4 November 2018 (see calendar at the bottom of the page).
The night-time show, "The Organs of Fire", takes place during the green season (see calendar at the bottom of the page). This show is included in the Grand Parc ticket.
The Cinéscénie show takes place on 2 and 9 June, then every Friday and Saturday evening from 15 June to 8 September 2018.
A minimum of two days is recommended for visiting the Grand Parc. You can find the programme and show times on site or on Puy du Fou website from 5 pm on the previous day. Please note: the programme is updated on a daily basis..
Pets are not allowed in the park. Park exit passes are available. Boarding kennels are available close to the Grand Parc (from €20, booking recommended).
Picnics are only permitted in designated areas of the Grand Parc.
There is a small road train in the Grand Parc from The Market Town in 1900 to the Phantom Birds' Dance for those with reduced mobility. There is a shuttle service to the Cinescenie.
Food and drink: there are plenty of food and drink options in the park: restaurants (booking recommended) and fast food outlets are available. Most restaurants are open in the evening on night-time show days (Organs of Fire and Cinéscénie). Booking is recommended.
THE ORGANS OF FIRE
The Grand Parc's night-time show is a magical, breath-taking experience.
Every evening, on the old Puy du Fou Lake, nymphs and sprites dance to the music of romantic musicians dressed in illuminated costumes in a fantastic symphony of fire and water.
The show, which lasts for around 30 minutes, is included in the Grand Parc ticket during the green season (see calendar at the bottom of the page).
The Cinéscénie show is not included in the Grand Parc ticket.
At the Cinéscénie you are advised to wear warm clothes and bring waterproofs if needed.
Cameras and video camera are strictly prohibited during the show.
Audio guide headsets are available for the visually impaired (booking recommended).
PUY DU FOU IS ACCESSIBLE TO DISABLED VISITORS
The Grand Parc du Puy du Fou and the Cinéscenie event are fully accessible to disabled visitors thanks to the national Tourisme et Handicap label.
This label guarantees that disabled visitors will have access to suitable services. Puy du Fou has been scrupulously inspected and meets the demanding criteria of this label. It has been specifically commended for visitors with Motor and Mental disabilities.
For example, dedicated parking spaces are reserved for wheelchair users. Simply request one of these spaces when placing your booking, and a shuttle bus will take you to the entrance of the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou or the Cinéscenie. Inside the Parc, there is a miniature train that will allow you to visit all of the villages. If you have difficulty getting around, wheelchairs are available at the reception (deposit required). You can also hire a pushchair for a full day.
Visitors with mental disabilities and accompanying carers have access to specific arrangements.
If you are hearing-impaired, you can use audio-guide headsets (rental) to enjoy the Cinéscénie event in total comfort.
Puy du Fou ticket prices for those with disabilities (discounts cannot be combined with other special offers. Disability card as proof of disability is required): 25% off for a single Grand Parc or Cinéscénie ticket 20% off for a Grand Parc + Cinéscénie combined ticket.

Puy du Fou has wheelchairs available at the entrance to the Grand Parc (advance booking is not necessary). Groups receive 2 free tickets for helpers for every 5 people with disabilities.
ARE THERE ANY BOOKING FEES?
Yes: €13 to book an overnight break, €2 to book Puy du Fou tickets.
These fees are charged per booking, not per person.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY PUY DU FOU TICKETS?
Once you have submitted and paid for your order, you will receive your electronic tickets within 5-7 working days, by email or by post.
ARE PUY DU FOU TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
No, tickets cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE?
Grand Parc, Cinéscénie and hotels: the season dates and shows may be amended without notice. The hotels are open on all dates throughout the Grand Parc season (except 4 November), as well as the night before the Grand Parc opening dates.
