Damien VRIGNAUD - Saint Mars la Réorthe
Damien Vrignaud is a walk leader in the Vendée.
"The Vendée has a rich diversity of landscapes. The region is made up of two marshland areas, a coastal strip, the Bas Bocage and Haut Bocage. There are also many water courses which have formed beautiful valleys and a state forest covering over 5,000 hectares. It boasts two "Grandes Randonnées" (GR) (long distance footpaths) numbers 364 and 8, three "Grandes Randonnées de Pays" (GRP) (regional footpaths) Sèvre et Maine, Mélusine et Entre Yon and Vie ending with the "in the otter's footsteps circuit". The Vendée has a network of over 5,000 km of GR and GRP footpaths and 4,000 km of walking and hiking footpaths (source Vendée CDRP). In my role as walk leader, I like to share my knowledge and guide walkers, whether on a two-hour walk or a walk taking several days. "
