A cosy gourmet table in a flattering setting, combining seaside spirit and elegance. Unobstructed view on the Noirmoutier castle and church or under the imposing framework on the swimming pool side. Fleur de Sel features a large terrace in the calm of its Mediterranean garden. Ideal as a couple, with family, enjoying the comfort of our lounges for children, or with friends, large tables available. Away from the old harbour, 600 m behind the church, large private car park. Specialities : Fine inventive house-made cuisine with Southern tones combining the fine produce of the Atlantic and of our terroirs. From mid-June, the must-eat mussels browned with garlic cream, the house’s speciality since 1982. Budget : Lunch set menu from €23,50 (except Sundays and public holidays). “As the seasons go by” menu: €31, “Flavours” menu: €41, “Awakening of the senses” menu: €46. 2 children’s menus: “Ship’s Mate” at €12,50 and “Young Gourmet” at €22,50. “FdS” à la carte menu (starter + main course + dessert) from €33 to €79. Open April 4 to November 1 Spring: open all evenings (except Mondays) and lunchtimes on weekends. July and August: open all evenings and all lunchtimes (except Mondays, with the exception of Monday, July 13). Autumn: open 5 evenings a week (except Mondays) and at lunchtime on Sundays.
