HARAS DE LA VENDEE

LA ROCHE SUR YON

Covering 4.5 hectares in the heart of La Roche sur Yon, the Haras de la Vendée (Vendée Stud) welcomes you to the world of the horse.

Here, at the home of an equestrian academy unique in the world, you can enjoy spectacular shows and educational activities for the whole family, while the saddlers and marshals of the National Studs will reveal the mysteries of a thriving traditional culture.

Easter holidays: equestrian displays, “Trophée du foal” (Foal Trophy); .
Summer: new shows and educational workshop. New shows on Thursday evenings.
September: “Horses of the World”: shows featuring different breeds of horse from around the globe.
December: Christmas activities.

Opening times:
From 1st/04 to 30th/06 & 1st/09 to 18th/09 : wednesdays, saturdays, sundays 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
From 2nd/07 to 31st/08 : everydays 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
All year: groups + guided tour on reservation

Admission:
Adult : 5 €
Reduced (students, disabled, unemployed): 3 €
Free under 18.
