MAISON DU MARAIS

LONGEVILLE SUR MER

Marshland discovery centre from where you and your family can explore the world of the “Marais Poitevin” by (hired) canoe or rowing boat.

A 5 km marked circuit, which features information boards at 300 m intervals describing the fauna and flora of the area, takes approximately two hours to complete and is the perfect way for you and your family to enjoy the charm of the marshland waterways in a safe, friendly environment. An explanatory leaflet is provided at the end of this unforgettable adventure.

Opening times:
From 7th/04 to 6th/05: from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
May, June and September: week-ends from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
From 15th/03, booking for groups (15 persons minimum) during the week.
From 1st/07 to 31/08: everyday from 10:00am to 5:00pm.

Admission:
Boat (4 pers): 23 €
Canoë (2/3 pers): 16 €
Groups: 4,50 € per person.
