Welcome to the “La Mie Câline” museum at Sallertaine and production plant at Saint Jean de Monts, where you will find out all you ever wanted to know about bread.

Open throughout the summer, the museum will take you on a fascinating journey through the history of bread and breadmaking on the site of the first family bakery…
The profession of the master-baker has undergone many changes over time. Come and discover the history of the company at the production plant, which supplies the 200 shops that today make up the “La Mie Câline” chain.
