The Dykemaster’s House: a profession, a way of life, a region’s history!

Venture into the heart of the dried up marshes and discover the Dykemaster’s House, a traditional hut, or cabane, where you will learn all about the vital water management role played by the Dykemaster! He will let you into the secrets not just of his job, but of his everyday life, where present and past come together!
P’tit Marouin: educational fun for 7 to 12 years old. Every child is given a funbook to keep.
2012: temporary exhibition - “The history of milk in the dried up marshes”.

Opening times:
October, November and March: Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5:30pm.
April, May, June and September: Monday to Sunday from 10:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Closed on Saturdays.
July and August: daily from 10:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
