Grégory SOULARD welcomes you to the shop, which opened in December 2009 in the former home of the company's founders Ernest and Constance SOULARD. Ernest Soulard offers the full range of duck products: whole and cut. The cuts come in all shapes and sizes: fillets, duck breasts, legs, sleeves, etc. The company also produces Foie Gras: raw, semi-cooked or preserved. Always in the spirit of innovation and consumer satisfaction, Ernest Soulard offers pre-cooked foie gras escalopes, frozen raw escalopes and "ready-to-cook" foie gras.
