Sale of beef to order
Several times a year, the EARL "Les Fontaines" offers parcels of "Label Rouge" beef, which can be ordered in advance by telephone and collected on site.
Cow meat: 4 to 5 times a year, in 6 or 10 kg packs, with or without processed products (minced steaks and sausages), vacuum-packed cuts.
Veal: 2 times a year, in 7 or 10 kg packs.
