L’Île d’Yeu offers charming and safe French island beaches

- Plage des Vieilles: This beach, one of the most beautiful on the island, is located at the southern type of the island near the Pointe des Corbeaux. This beautiful sandy cove is tucked in between the small cliffs of this rocky coast. One of the busiest in high season, it is gently sloping, ideal for families with children. There is parking nearby. Access is recommended by bike.

L'Ile de Noirmoutier and its supervised beautiful beaches

- La plage de Barbâtre: This long, gently sloping sandy beach stretches from the southern tip of the island to La Guérinière. Facing the ocean, it is ideal for beach families holidays.

- La plage des Sableaux: This french beach is supervised in July and August. Located to the south of the Pointe de Saint Pierre (on the limit with the Plage des Dames), it stretches for several hundred metres towards Fort Larron. There are many bathing cabins along the Bois de la Chaise section. Nautical and water-based activities are available on site. It is also an ideal spot for rock pooling enthusiasts. Shaded picnic tables provide a perfect option for a quick lunch. Access is recommended by bicycle.
