Morgane and David have renovated this former barn, into an extremely modern living space with stunning views across the unspoilt countryside.
The main living space takes up 120m² at the heart of the house. With its 6-metre-high ceilings it is a truly imposing, designer space. The floating staircase, designed by Daya Bakker, is also a truly imposing feature, right in the middle of the room. Inside, the clever mix of vintage and modern antiques alongside designer pieces, taking guests back on a journey through the ages. This is a place where time seems to stand still.
The property, laid out in modern loft style, consists of an entrance hall, a fully equipped luxury kitchen, a library with 27-inch iMac, video-projector, and a large screen in the lounge/office area.
In the evening, the ground floor boasts three large, uniquely styled bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace, overlooking the countryside. On the first floor, there are 4 smaller bedrooms and a relaxation/chill-out area, which appears to be “suspended” in the air, like tree houses.
The owners have remained faithful to the property’s past-life as a barn. They have retained a vast 300 m2 outbuilding, which now houses a slate-coloured 10-metre pool that is heated to 28/29°C all year long. Surrounding the 150 m2 pool there are several different features:
- a vintage lounge area overlooking the pool,
- a central lounge adjoining a winter garden,
- a dining area with a table that can be converted into a makeshift table tennis table,
- a “solarium” terrace where guests can relax.
There is a stunning panoramic view across the 2-hectare grounds.

The Gîte Le Chromatic is a self-catering property that can accommodate groups up to 12 people. This distinctive building was formerly used as stables but has been completely renovated into an unusual gîte. The interior features work from leading names in design like Michel Ducaroy, Emile Baumann and Ilmari Tapiovaara. In addition, the pool area covers some 70m² and houses an indoor/outdoor 10-metre pool heated to 29°c (all year round). This unusual 5,000 m² private property has a clever blend of natural stones, contemporary lines, and birch wood furniture. Ideally located, it offers a certain “art of living” in the countryside yet not too far from the sea. A warm welcome is reserved for its guests.

This gite can accommodate 10 people and has a living space of 150 m². The gite has a modern decor with light tones and offers 4 bedrooms, a sleeping area for 2 people on the mezzanine, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. The large, homely living room has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a functional living-dining area, just perfect for relaxing with the family or group of friends.
The grounds (which are completely fenced in) cover 1,500m² and include a wooded area. A beautiful wooden terrace equipped with a heated indoor swimming pool which has a retractable pool enclosure cover, which can be opened or closed as required.

This new villa in Talmont Saint Hilaire has an impressive sea view and offers 4 double rooms with 12 beds as well as a children’s dormitory. The vast open living space covers 250m² and includes a kitchen and a reading room. The house has a 10 by 2.5-meter swimming lane and leaves various surfing equipment at guests’ disposal. Its generous rooftop terrace of 75m² provides a breath-taking view of the surrounding coast. The villa is not far from a charming creek (100 meters) and numerous cycle paths are close by. Located in the Marais poitevin , the farm’s old barn has been converted into a group gite. It has 6 comfortable rooms, for 2 to 4 people with private bathrooms and WCs. A fully equipped kitchen and a large living-dining room give plenty of space for entertaining the family or groups of friends. Two comfortable caravans provide extra accommodation when required. Each caravan contains 4 beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dry toilet, a small water reserve and heating. Access is free to the showers of the estate’s campsite.
This magnificent park has an outdoor swimming pool and offers access to the farm’s educational activities, which will delight children. This gite offers a table d'hôtes service, farm products, bicycle and boat rental, nature activities and guided hikes. A simple “back to nature” stay at the Ecurie du Marais.

La Groizardière is a top of the range gite sits in a privileged natural environment of 1,200m² at 25km from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Renovated from a single storey barn dating back to 1855, it displays a refined, cosy-chic atmosphere. This unusual gite consists of a large living room, a lounge, a dining room of 90 m² as well as a modern kitchen, ideal for family meals. There are 3 parental suites and 2 additional comfortable bedrooms for extra friends or family members. Near to the living room, is the 9 by 3 meters indoor swimming pool, heated to 28 °C all year round. The pool is also equipped with a 70m² counter current option for the swimming enthusiasts amongst you.
For the children, a games room is equipped with a TV, DVD, a sound bar for music lovers, various books, board games and a table tennis table. Located near the Puy du Fou, this Estate has 3 gites, 2 of them can each accommodate 6 people, and the third one can welcome up to 12 people.
The “Ouille” and “La Grande Brosse” gites are 100m² with a contemporary wood and stone design. Both have south-facing terraces and a private outdoor area of 350m². They have 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 2 people per room (one of which opens out onto the terrace). A spacious bathroom with shower, a bath and separate toilet. The living – dining room, fully fitted kitchen and utility room are outward facing and provide a pleasant functional area to use with the family.
The “La Futaie” is an unusual gite, that can accommodate 12 people and is ideal for large families or groups of friends. There are 5 south facing private bedrooms of 20m², of which 2 are equipped for guests with limited mobility. Each bedroom can sleep from 2 to 4 people, and has its own bathroom, with walk-in shower, separate toilet, and storage units. The rooms have direct access to a wooden balcony/terrace of 14m², a private space where you can relax. The 4 common areas are adapted for the use of large family’s or groups. Outside there is a large, south/east facing , 80m² partially covered terrace equipped with tables, garden chairs and a gas plancha. A private car park with 6 spaces is located just beside the gite.
The estates grounds are beautifully landscaped and include a multitude of local and exotic plants species as well as a vegetable garden. The grounds are also home to many different animals such as Shetland ponies, rabbits, turkeys, chickens, and goats. A swimming spa and sauna are available to guest and are shared by the 3 gites. Furthermore, you have access to a pétanque terrain and a "children's play area”. Hiking trails are not far from the gites.
