GÎTES DE CHAVIGNY - LE NOYER

Farm house of the 17th century which has been furnished in 1994 with 2 terraced lodges close to the housing of the owner on a cereal farm.

Separate entry and wide shared terrain equipped with a private part of 700 m² (garden furniture, barbecue).

The lodge comprises:
- on the ground floor, a kitchen area lounge (TV, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dish washer), a bath room, a toilet.
- on the first floor, two rooms (1x160 cm)(1x140 cm - 2x90 cm)(2x90 cm), a bath room and a toilet.
- a studiocomprising a kitchen, one room (1x140 cm), a bath room and a toilet.

The bed linen are provided and the beds are made upon your arrival.

On place, shared with the other lodges, you have access to:
- a covered and heated swimming pool (from mid-April to mid-October)
- a tennis court
- a volleyball or badminton net
- 2 basketball boards
- a relaxation room with billiard, table tennis, table football, games for children and free WiFi-access.
