500 sqm landscaped garden, terrace (130 sqm). Garden furniture, barbecue. Games room (Table tennis). Children's swing, trampoline. Multimedia library, aquatic center (pedal boat, windsurfing board, canoe-kayak) 1 km away.
2 private fishing ponds on site (free). Weekend rental: 3 days minimum on request.
