The house is ideal for families, it has a heated swimming pool, a ping-pong table, games for children, a sauna, a spa. The land is closed. The swimming pool (8.2m x 4.5m) is equipped with an easily manageable retractable shelter allowing manual solar heating. It is open from May 15 to October 1. 2 private ponds available on the property for fishing (carps of 10 kgs and more) or swimming.
