Ground floor: large 40 m² room with fireplace, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer), storeroom (washing machine, tumble dryer) and WC. 2 flat-screen TVs: ground floor and bedroom.
First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed (140cm), 2 single beds (90cm) + 1 pull-out bed, 1 shower room (90cm x 90cm shower) and 1 separate WC.
30 m² covered terrace opening onto large private grounds of 1500 m² (garden furniture, electric barbecue, deckchairs).

The beaches of the Vendée on the Côte de Lumière (an exceptionally sunny coastline).
Medieval castles, churches, monuments and historic sites (Mouilleron en Pareds, Jard/Mer...).
There are also some outstanding natural areas: the bird sanctuary in the heart of the Vendée bocage (Les Landes-Genusson) and the departmental biological reserve (Nalliers-Mouzeuil-Saint-Martin).
