VILLA LES PINS

A charming little bungalow 58m2, situated on a small estate on the edge of the forest, approximately 2km from the beach and the centre of Notre Dame de Monts. It has been completely renovated and offers all the comforts necessary for a relaxing holiday.
The house comprises of the following: kitchen, dining-living room, 1 bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with 2 x singles, bathroom with toilet and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob and micro-wave, fridge with freezer compartment, TV with DVD player, internet and wifi access. There is also equipment for cooking raclette, fondue and crêpes. In addition to the washing machine and tumble dryer, you will also find an iron and a hair-dryer.
There are 2 terraces – North and South facing – both equipped with garden furniture and the use of a gas barbeque
Secure parking is available at the front of the house.
Pets are permitted with the prior agreement of the owner (except dogs in categories 1 and 2) and are free of charge.

For your additional comfort and convenience, we offer a rental service for bed linen and towels. For families with small children we have equipment available : travel cot, baby bath, high chair and changing table.

1-2 pax 42€ beds made up - 36€ linen only
3-4 pax 70€ beds made up - 64 € linen only
Bed linen only :
1-2 pax 14 € beds made up - 12 € linen only
3-4 pax 26€ beds made up - 22 € linen only

Electricity charges included in the rental charge at 8KW/day
A reading is taken on arrival and again on departure and any supplement is charged at the current KW rate charged by EDF
(Compulsory) Housekeeping charge - 70€ to cover cleaning requirements between each rental perod in accordance with current Covid regulations.
