Ranking of the Vendée Globe 2020-2021 Edition

After a final sprint to take first place in the 2020-2021 Vendée Globe, Yannick BESTAVEN - Maître CoQ leads the rankings and completes the prestigious round the world race in 80 days.

On 8 November, 33 skippers set off to start the 9th edition of the Vendée Globe. A frantic race that took the public into the heart of the oceans. For more than 80 days, the Vendée Globe skippers shared with us: beautiful images of the marine life and the impressive weather conditions they endured. They invited us to witness moments of daily life onboard their boats. But also, the dramatic rescue of Kevin Escoffier.

With the arrival of the first competitors at Les Sables d'Olonne approaching, the suspense was incredible! The Vendée Globe had never-before-seen such a close finish.

Charlie DALIN - Apivia crossed the finish line of this 9th edition of the Vendée Globe on 27 January 2021 after 80 days, 6 hours, 15 minutes, and 47 seconds.

Closely followed, during the night by Louis Burton - Bureau Vallée, and Yannick Bestaven - Maître CoQ who becomes the big winner of this 2020-2021 edition of the Vendée Globe
