A natural area preserved and developed by the Vendée Department, this 146-hectare reserve is made up of a mosaic of natural environments typical of the Marais Poitevin. It is home to over 1,200 species of remarkable flora and fauna.
In the Maison de la Réserve, discover an interactive space dedicated to the Marais des Huttes:

- Take a look at the naturalist collections, bearing witness to the rich life of the reserve.
From the Maison de la Réserve, choose your discovery route:
- The Hutter Trail (1km), punctuated by reading tables to help you understand the history of the site and the way of life of the hutters.
- The naturalist trail (3km) with two observatories to discover the marsh's biodiversity: flowers, insects, mammals... keep your eyes peeled! Binoculars on loan.
