The facility comprises a wing with 9 modules of 2 rooms (2 to 4 beds) with WC and showers (46 beds in total), a small wing with 5 comfort rooms with WC and showers (17 beds in total), a dining room with kitchen and dishwasher that can seat around 50 people comfortably, an entertainment room with bar and catering room that can seat 70-80 people, a grassed area, a terrace and 16 parking spaces (closed).
