In the heart of a country setting, Fleur and David offer simple yet refined cuisine. The hearty, tasty dishes combine freshness and local produce to satisfy both gourmets and connoisseurs. You'll want to try their specialities: œuf cocotte "à toutes les sauces", cassolette de la mer or the totally homemade Vendé'Ain Burger, Mère Elotine style.
The menu changes regularly during the week.
David works with a local ESAT or secondary school, the Melons Céleste from Sainte-Gemme-la-plaine and a strawberry producer from l'Hermenault. The young shoots come from Port-La-claye and the saffron from Saint-Jean-de-Beugné. Mélusine beer and wines from Château de Rosnay and Mercier de Vix are also on the menu. The mussels are from L'Aiguillon-sur-Mer.
