‘Une bouteille à la Mer’ in Fromentine is our new adventure following on from the restaurants "Montibus" in Notre Dame de Monts and the "Quai 29" in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie.
Our new challenge, which has evolved from our previous and varied projects, is to prioritise short local supply chains, to value local products and to respect seasonality in order to guarantee quality and freshness. It’s a project close to our hearts.
Our regularly changing dishes and menus have a ‘bistronomic’ feel and are served in a warm, retro ambiance where the kitchen is sacred. The restaurant is open plan and you can see the work going on behind the scenes, a window into a magical culinary world.
